Terms of Service of the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania (ICCL)
- ICCL membership is open to Indian, Lithuanian and other international companies from different sectors. Any reputable person, association, trust, estate, partnership, corporation or business interested in commercial advancement in Lithuania, shall be eligible to apply for membership.
- Membership application form needs to be filled in and submitted online. The approval of the membership is at the discretion of the board of members of ICCL.
- A member of ICCL promises not to use their membership to conduct any fraudulent activity or have more than one Member Account at any time.
- Members of the ICCL are required to pay a yearly fee for the chosen type of the membership. The paid membership fee is not refundable. Any member who fails to pay membership fee will be excluded from services that ICCL provides.
- No member shall sell, assign, transfer or dispose of his membership in the ICCL or be deprived thereof, except in the manner provided herein.
- Any member shall have the right at any time to change any or all of its representatives upon written notification to the ICCL.
- Any member in good standing may withdraw from the ICCL by submitting a written resignation to the Board of Directors. The request should be provided in a written form prior to 1 month before the cancellation.
- If these regulations are violated, the member can be expelled from the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania by the decision of the Board of Directors.
